Hall Rental Procedure

The Marion Township Meeting room is available for rental to Marion Township Residents Only.  The room can accommodate approximately 40 people using tables and chairs. Tables and chairs are furnished by the Township. Rental includes use of the kitchen area and public restrooms.

Step 1 – Find an available date by checking the Hall Rental Calendar by clicking here.

Step 2 – Once you have picked an available date on the Hall Rental calendar, click here for a copy of the rental form and the rules and regulations concerning rental of the building.

Step 3 – Fill out the rental form and mail with your rental check to the address on the form to reserve your day.

Step 4 – Once your rental form and rental check have been received, your event will be placed on the calendar.  You will then be contacted by phone or email to confirm your reservation.

Step 5 – A few days before your event, contact one of the Township officials click here and arrange to get an access code, and to receive further instructions. Make sure to print off the two page CHECKLIST click here, as completing these procedures could affect your ability to rent in the future.
